Bahria town has listed itself in the elite category of world’s most renowned real estate developers and second consecutive time, they have won the 5 new awards at the Asia Pacific International Property Awards 2013-14 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Moreover, the 3 of the 5 awards they won came from the “5 star category” while the other two were been ranked as “highly recommended”. 

Also, these awards are highly recognized as the top standard of excellence across the Bahria town global real estate industry and attracted the top real estate developers from various countries like China, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, New Zealand, India and so on. With all the big names bringing their participation in the coveted event, it has become the biggest International property awards event held in its 19 years history.
